3. Payment Terms
3.1 Prices for services are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3.2 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the event date unless otherwise specified.
3.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
4. Copyright and Usage
4.1 SK Photographer Ranchi retains the copyright for all images and videos produced during your event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Clients are granted a license to use the images and videos for personal use. Commercial use requires prior written permission.
4.3 We reserve the right to use any images or videos for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing platforms unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellations made by the client within 30 days of the event date will forfeit the deposit. Refunds for other payments will be at the discretion of SK Photographer Ranchi.
5.2 If SK Photographer Ranchi must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded in full. Alternatively, we will endeavor to arrange a suitable replacement photographer.
6. Liability
6.1 SK Photographer Ranchi will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, or illness.
6.2 While every effort is made to ensure high-quality deliverables, SK Photographer Ranchi is not responsible for the subjective preferences of the client.
